Terms of Service

The site is operated by Petalworks Coffee, based in Mansfield, Texas, United States. Our store and checkout are hosted by Shopify.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to purchase from us. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

• We roast in small batches, so products may sell out or be offered for a limited season. We work to describe products and show colors accurately, but cannot guarantee your screen displays them perfectly.
• Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before an order is placed. We may correct errors in pricing or descriptions and cancel affected orders.

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, and may limit or cancel quantities. A confirmation email acknowledges your order; a contract forms when we accept and fulfill it.

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments. By submitting an order you authorize the charge of the total shown, including applicable taxes and shipping.

We currently ship within the United States only. Each order is freshly roasted after you place it, with a delivery target of 3–4 business days. Delivery timing is an estimate, not a guarantee, and risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

Because coffee is a fresh, perishable product, we generally cannot accept returns of opened bags. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days and we will make it right. See our FAQ for details.

If you start a subscription, you authorize recurring charges at the cadence you choose and receive a standing discount. You can pause, change, or cancel at any time from your account before the next order is processed.

The site’s content — including text, photography, the Petalworks name, logo, and designs — is owned by Petalworks or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal license to view and use the site; you may not copy, resell, or use our brand assets without permission.

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it in connection with our business. Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or offensive.

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

The site and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Petalworks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order at issue.

You agree to indemnify and hold Petalworks harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted here with its effective date, and your continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
